All data you enter into the app (including project details, photos taken or imported, image annotations, client and auditor information, and generated PDF reports) is stored locally on your device. You have full control over your data.

1.2 Information We Collect

While we do not collect your personal audit data, we may collect the following limited information:

• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g., app launches, feature usage) to improve app performance.
• Crash Logs: We may collect crash reports to identify and fix bugs.

2. How We Use Your Information

Since your audit and project data is stored locally, we do not use it for any purpose other than displaying it to you within the app and generating PDF documents on your device. We use collected usage and crash data to:

• Improve the stability and performance of the app.
• Ensure compliance with App Store policies.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your personal or audit data. We may share limited device or crash report data with third-party service providers only for specific technical purposes:

• Analytics & Crash Reporting: Tools like Google Firebase or Apple/Google's native analytics tools may be used to collect anonymous usage statistics and crash reports.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Local Data: Since your project data is stored locally, deleting the app will permanently delete all your projects, photos, and associated data. It is your responsibility to backup your data (e.g., by exporting PDFs and saving them externally).

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we collect. However, the security of your audit data primarily depends on the security of your own device. We recommend using device passcodes or biometrics to protect your data.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page or within the app.
